Our team

Mr. Nica-Albu Leonardo Irinel graduated from the "Nicolae Titulescu" Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences in 2004.

He has been a member of the Dolj Bar Association since 2005, starting his career as a partner at the "Turculeanu & Associates" Law Firm.

In 2009, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Private Law.

Since 2013, together with his law firm partners, he has been providing legal assistance and representation for the Dolj County Football Association, helping draft the statutes and regulations of the Dolj C.F.A.

Also since 2013, he has served as the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Dolj County Football Association.

Over his 20 years of practice, he has specialized in sports law, labor disputes and social security, as well as administrative and fiscal litigation.
